Jalinda Davis

Jay earned her B.A. degree from the University of North Florida and her J.D. degree from Florida State University College of Law.  Jay has practiced in the areas of corporate law, real property law and commercial law with an emphasis on title insurance defense work.   As former owner of one of the first attorney owned and operated real estate title insurance companies in the Duval County area, she has had extensive experience in the real estate title insurance industry.  Prior to joining The Fund, she relocated to South Florida and was employed by a Stuart law firm which specializes in real estate.  Ms. Davis served as Underwriting Counsel to The Fund’s Palm Beach Branch from 2004 to 2008.  She also worked as an adjunct professor at Palm Beach College during this time.  Jay serves as Forms Counsel for The Fund and is a member of the FLTA Forms Committee.  She is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and is also a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer.     
Lynn Lovejoy

She received a B.S. degree in Nursing from California State University at Sacramento and received her J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law-University of the Pacific, also in Sacramento.  Ms. Lovejoy is a Florida Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer and is currently serving on The Florida Bar’s Real Estate Board Certification Committee.  She has written several articles for the Fund Concept and has recently written an article on Board Certification published in the Winter 2018 issue of ActionLine, a publication of the RPPTL section of the Florida Bar. 

Before joining The Fund, Ms. Lovejoy worked for the State of Florida, most recently as Assistant Attorney General at the Office of Attorney General, Revenue Litigation Section in Tallahassee.  Prior to that, she was in private practice in Boca Raton where her practice included representation of condominium and homeowner associations, real estate and contract litigation, and residential and commercial real estate transactions.
