Linda Neale Monaco, B. C. S., is a Fund Legal Education Attorney. She received her B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and J.D. with honors from Quinnipiac University. She is admitted to practice in Florida, Connecticut and in the United States District Court for Connecticut.
Ms. Monaco is a Florida Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer and a Florida licensed real estate instructor. Prior to joining The Fund, Ms. Monaco was a solo practitioner and taught classes to attorneys and paralegals alike. Since joining The Fund, Ms. Monaco has written and presented numerous seminars and webinars. She has presented several times at Fund Assembly and Fund Affiliate Assembly on topics such as Best Practices, FIRPTA, Ethics, Sovereignty Lands, Liens, Probate and Trust. She has served as master of ceremonies at the South Florida Fund Affiliate Assembly multiple times. Ms. Monaco also presented Basics of FIRPTA to the National Association of Realtors ® as well as a short program on Property Assessed Clean Energy Loans (PACE Loans) to FLTA.
