The world of title insurance litigation is varied and diverse.  To give a sample of the types of issues faced, a panel of litigation experts has been assembled to engage in a discussion of some of the more unusual issues faced by the industry and how they were addressed.  Moderated by members of the Old Republic Claims Department, topics to be discussed include unsettled issues in foreclosure law, the complexities associated with enhanced life estates and the role of the Pure Bill of Discovery in response to wire diversions.
