Closing Software & Fund Integrations

The Fund is pleased to announce new data integrations with various closing software that will make receiving your data faster and more efficient. The two types of integrations that will be rolling out over the next few months are “built-in” and “import” functionality.

1. Built-In integrations will automatically be installed by updating to the latest version of your software.
2. Import functionality integrations require you to order an import file format and we will deliver this back to you. This file can then be imported into your software to eliminate your need to re-key the information. You can choose your import file format once on the web order entry screen.

Your Fund logon credentials are used for all integration connections to The Fund.
Specific permissions are required to generate CPLs, jackets, policy submit, policy payment and product ordering.

Integration Description:

This new functionality will allow ordering from within the application and will eliminate information re-keying. The placed order will be delivered into Closing Market for easy importing into your Ramquest application. Please see the user guide for complete step-by-step instructions on how to use the Closing Market integration with The Fund.

Integration Description:

Works within DisplaySoft Title Insurance module to make Title Search Order, CPL and Policy Jacket retrieval easier.

This new functionality will allow you to order from within the application and will eliminate re-keying of information. You will also receive your order automatically and it will be updated for you within your DisplaySoft file. For those of you using the legacy DisplaySoft application, there is now an importable file format when you order a title search through our web order portal. Select to have your product delivered with a DisplaySoft.pxt file to avoid any re-keying.
