Description:
In the final chapter of The Fund’s lien trilogy, we explore liens resulting from the breaking of rules. This program addresses liens arising from various forms of ownership of real property, including homeowners’ and condominium associations and timeshares. There is an examination of how and why governing boards assert and perfect liens and how the liens may be released. As an extra bonus, learn how even a dog can put a lien on real property.
