Description:
This course reviews the technical aspects of land surveys, the logistical issues faced in placing an order, and the suggested mechanics of reviewing the survey map. In addition to Florida regulations applicable to the commonly requested boundary surveys, the presenter will also review the ALTA/NSPS surveys commonly used in commercial real estate transactions.
