Resource Feature - New Programs Added to Realtor® Education Library

The Florida ARECs Realtor® Education Library Guide has been updated to include a number of new
programs, including:

  • Real Estate Agent’s Guide to Florida Condominium Law Post-Surfside. This 2-hour FREC accredited program provides a deep dive into changes in condominium law since the Surfside collapse.  Agents will learn what they need to do to avoid liability when representing a buyer or seller in a condominium transaction.  FREC Credit requires presentation by Fund staff attorneys.
  • The Invisible Seller. Watch a dramatic reenactment of an imaginary deal gone very, very wrong and learn what real estate agents and others can do to avoid this growing scheme.
