Settlement Agents may be asked by the lender to use the ALTA Settlement Statement form. DoubleTime® will allow you to produce the new form from the Settlement Statements module. Figures will populate on the ALTA Settlement Statement form from figures entered in the Closing Disclosure. Added functionality of Editing the description fields is available.
