PLA 2610 Real Property I (3 credits)

Gain an understanding of general property law, Florida property law, and the mechanics of various commercial and private property transactions and mortgage foreclosures.

PLA 2612 Real Property II (3 credits)

Take a deeper dive into real property transactions in Florida including the issuance of title insurance commitments, policies and endorsements and state regulations that affect real estate closings.

PLA 2614 Real Property Transactions (3 credits)

Focus on transaction issues related to contracts, financing, property descriptions and settlement statements. Learn to use E-Closing DT, The Fund's closing software.

PLA 2940 Real Estate Law Practicum (2 credits)

Work with a transactional real estate attorney to provide legal and administrative support, client communications, order coordination and processing, document preparation, legal research and other paraprofessional-related activities.
