1.16 I completed an Electronic Delivery, and now I need to issue a General Endorsement (Form E) to correct something in the original policy. Should I just mail in the Form E Endorsement?
No. You can deliver the Form E Endorsement electronically. Just go back to the Rating module and select Electronic Delivery. You'll see that the Electronic Delivery wizard recognizes only the new endorsement, and you will not be invoiced for the corrective Form E.
1.17 I have been using the eSolutions features successfully, but now I'm getting an error message that reads as follows: ERROR (26035) Unauthorized request to server. Possible causes: ID or Password Incorrect. What's wrong?
You may have typed your ID or Password incorrectly. Remember, ID's and Passwords are case sensitive, so be sure to enter them exactly as they were set up in FundNet. Make sure that Caps Lock is not on. Have you changed your FundNet ID or Password? If so, be sure to enter the new ID or Password in DoubleTime.
