16.06 How do I save a 1099 record to my computer?

Once the 1099 form is displayed, click the File and select the Save As option. The Save As window appears.

You can now select the type of 1099 (Copy B or Copy C) you wish to save to your computer and click ok.

The Save Document Image window now appears and you can now select the location to save your 1099 document to your computer.
