Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend Fund Assembly, submit a cancellation request online on or before Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 24, 2024 deadline.

Quality education is a central benefit Members have come to expect from The Fund. We guarantee your satisfaction with the education you receive at Fund Assembly. If you’re not satisfied with your educational experience, simply explain the reason for your dissatisfaction and send to us in writing by Friday, May 31, 2024 to events@thefund.com.
Code of Conduct Policy
We all deserve to work and participate in events with a professional environment in which we are treated with dignity and respect.
The Fund is committed to creating such an environment because it brings out the full potential in each of us, which, in turn, contributes directly to our business success.
The Fund is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to hosting events and providing a work environment free of discrimination and from abusive, offensive or harassing behavior.
Unacceptable behavior, such as offensive comments, intimidation, inappropriate physical conduct and unwelcome sexual attention at Fund Assembly functions will not be tolerated.
Consequences for participants violating the Fund Assembly Code of Conduct will include expulsion from the Fund Assembly event and there will be no refund of registration or other fees.
Complaints should be brought to the immediate attention of any Fund staff person present. Alternatively, complaints may be emailed to concerns@thefund.com.
