What should I wear?

Business casual attire is appropriate. It is recommended to wear pants, long sleeved shirt or top, a jacket or sweater when in the air conditioned ballrooms.

Will Fund Assembly 2017 be filmed and photographed?

Yes. We’ll have videographers and photographers on-site to record the action at Fund Assembly 2017. By attending this event, you give consent to The Fund to possibly be photographed and videotaped. Photos and video footage will be used for broadcasting and social media purposes.

What are the scheduled events for Fund Assembly 2017?

There will be a reception on Thursday, May 11 at 5:30 pm and a performance by the Subrogators Live Rock Band following the reception. The Thursday reception will be held from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm at the Expo. The Subrogators (Live Rock Band) performance will take place after the reception and a cash bar will be available. 

No other social events have yet been announced; please check back for further details.

How and when will I receive Fund Assembly 2017 credentials & materials?

Your Fund Assembly 2017 conference credentials and conference manual will be available at the Fund Assembly pre-registration check in desk, under your last name, located in the foyer of the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.
 
If you requested a Digital Conference manual, it will be sent via email in advance of Fund Assembly to download and save the manual to your personal device.

When should I plan to arrive at Fund Assembly?

We recommend that you plan your arrival to the hotel to allow ample time to park and check-in to the Fund Assembly registration desk well in advance of the start of the sessions (1-1/2 hours is recommended or 2 hours if also checking in to the hotel).

Feb 1st online registration opens. You can complete the online registration form accessible through the Assembly website.

You can also print the form for completion and mail in with your payment by check. Credit card payment is only available with online registration.

May I bring a guest?

Absolutely – You can purchase a Thursday Reception Companion/Guest ticket for $95 that covers admittance to the cocktail reception. Friday Lunch Companion/Guest for $55 ticket to attend the conference luncheon at the event at the Fund Assembly Onsite Registration, Ticket Exchange, and Name Badge desk located at the Bonnet Creek foyer of the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek after arrival to the Hilton Bonnet Creek hotel.
 
Please note: Guest Tickets do not grant the companion/guest access to the Fund Assembly educational sessions.

How do I make a change to my Fund Assembly 2017 registration?

Before April 20, 2017, changes may be made through your Eventbrite registration or with Fund personnel via email at annual-fund-assemblies@thefund.com or call 407-240-3863 or toll free 800-336-3863 and ask for the Conferences and Events Department.
 
After April 20, 2017, changes may be made with Fund personnel at the “Onsite and Late Registration” desk after your arrival to the Hilton Bonnet Creek hotel.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cannot attend, your cancellation must be submitted in writing and faxed to 407-854-5016 on or before Thursday, April 20, 2017.

Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.

No refunds will be issued after April 20, 2017 deadline.

How do I change my name on my name badge?

Name badge changes may be made with Fund personnel at the Onsite Registration, Ticket Exchange, Name Badge desk after arrival to the Hilton Bonnet Creek hotel.

What are the hotel rates?

A block of hotel rooms at discounted rates for Assembly attendees have been reserved at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the adjoining Waldorf Astoria Orlando.

Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek: $194 per night (the resort fee of $30 per night is waived). Call 888-353-2013.

Does the Bonnet Creek resort have onsite parking? How much is parking?

Yes. Bonnet Creek resort offers 24-hour valet parking and self-parking options.
 
Daily self-parking at the garage is included with registration for the Fund Assembly attendee.
 
The valet parking fee is $26 per day plus applicable taxes. Overnight guests have in/out privileges. Fund Assembly 2017 valet parking rate will be discounted 30% off the published price. The self-parking fee is $20 per day plus applicable taxes. Fund Assembly 2017 self-parking is included with registration for the attendee. For others, the rate will be discounted 40% off the published price.
 
Please note: Valet parking and companion/guest parking is the responsibility of the individual and is not included with registration for the Fund Assembly attendee.

Can I reserve exhibit space?

The Fund will contact exhibitors and invite them to attend. Preference is given to exhibitors from previous years, but if there is space available we will be reaching out to exhibitors who have not attended previous events.

The Expo will be open Thursday through Saturday. Visit during the refreshment breaks and the Thursday evening networking reception.

Are there any local attractions?

The Bonnet Creek resort and surrounding area offers easy access to theme parks, other recreational activities, entertainment, dining and shopping.

For advance purchase of specially priced Disney Meeting/Convention Theme Park tickets, please call 407-566-5600 or purchase online. Please note the cut-off date for advance purchase savings is May 10, 2017. 

There are great downtime options at the nearby Disney attractions, including restaurants, shopping and entertainment at the fun-filled Disney Springs™ (formerly Downtown Disney) Website: www.disneysprings.com.

There are no Fund Assembly functions planned on Friday evening.
