How and when will I receive Fund Assembly materials?

  • All attendees receive a digital manual. A link to download the manual will be sent via email in advance of Fund Assembly. It is recommended to save the file on your personal device.

What are the scheduled events for Fund Assembly?

  • Welcome Reception on Thursday, May 16 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Expo.
  • Attendee Breakfast on Friday and Saturday, May 17 & 18 from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. 
  • Friday Luncheon on Friday, May 18 for attendees.

What should I wear?

Business casual attire is appropriate. It is recommended to wear pants, long sleeved shirt or top, a jacket or sweater when in the air conditioned ballrooms.

When should I plan to arrive at Fund Assembly?

Allow plenty of time (at least one hour recommended) to park, check in at the hotel and Fund Assembly at the Registration Desk.

The Registration Desk will open at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 16.

Will Fund Assembly be filmed and photographed?

Yes. We’ll have videographers and photographers on-site to record the action at Fund Assembly. By attending this event, you give consent to The Fund to possibly be photographed and videotaped. Photos and video footage will be used for broadcasting and social media purposes.

Does the Fund Assembly have a code of conduct policy?

Yes.  We all deserve to work and participate in events with a professional environment in which we are treated with dignity and respect.

The Fund is committed to creating such an environment because it brings out the full potential in each of us, which, in turn, contributes directly to our business success.

The Fund is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to hosting events and providing a work environment free of discrimination and from abusive, offensive or harassing behavior.

Unacceptable behavior, such as offensive comments, intimidation, inappropriate physical conduct and unwelcome sexual attention at Fund Assembly functions will not be tolerated.

Consequences for participants violating the Fund Assembly Code of Conduct will include expulsion from the Fund Assembly event and there will be no refund of registration or other fees.

Complaints should be brought to the immediate attention of any Fund staff person present. Alternatively, complaints may be emailed to concerns@thefund.com.

The Fund Assembly Code of Conduct applies to participants, vendors, guests and Fund employees.

How do I change my name on my name badge?

Name badge changes may be made with Fund personnel at the Registration desk after arrival to the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.

How do I make a change to my Fund Assembly registration?

Changes may be made online or call 407-240-3863 or toll free 800-336-3863 and ask for the Conferences and Events Department. 
  
After April 24, 2024, changes may be made with Fund personnel at the “Onsite Registration” desk after your arrival to the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.

I can't attend the full conference. Is partial or daily registration available?

No partial or daily registration is offered. 

If you cannot attend all three days in person, you can add a “Flex Pass” at the time of registration to gain access to our live online stream of the event.

May I bring a guest?

Absolutely! Additional guest tickets can be purchased at the Fund Assembly Onsite Registration desk.

  • Thursday reception tickets are $95.
  • Friday luncheon tickets are $55.

Guests tickets do not provide access to attend the educational sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cannot attend, your cancellation may be made online or emailed to events@thefund.com on or before Wednesday, April 24, 2024. 

Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. 

No refunds will be issued after April 24, 2024 deadline.

Yes, there is onsite parking. 

The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek offers 24-hour valet parking and self-parking options.
Hotel guest parking will be charged to the hotel room.

Discounted Parking Rates for Fund Assembly Attendees:

  • Valet Parking: $36.40 plus tax
  • Overnight Self-Parking: $18 plus tax

Is there a daily resort charge and what does it include?

An optional daily resort charge will be charged to your room rate per room, per night and includes:

How do the Saturday Morning sessions work?

The Saturday morning sessions are organized by topic and consist of General and Commercial Real Estate programs.

Educational programs begin Thursday, May 16 at 1:00 PM and conclude Saturday, May 18 at 12:00 PM. 

We recommend that you plan your arrival to the hotel to allow ample time to park and check-in well in advance of the start of the event.
