Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend Fund Affiliate Assembly, your cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to Affiliate-Fund-Assemblies@thefund.com on or before the deadline.  All refunds will be made by check payable to either the registrant or business entity in accordance with the instructions provided in your cancellation request.  Refunds cannot be issued to a credit card. Amount refunded will be subject to $50 processing fee. No refund will be issued after the deadline.

Code of Conduct Policy

We all deserve to work and participate in events in a professional environment where we are treated with dignity and respect.  The Fund is committed to creating such an environment because it brings out the full potential in each of us, which, in turn, contributes directly to our business success.

The Fund is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to hosting events and providing a work environment that is free of discrimination and from all types of abusive, offensive or harassing behavior. Unacceptable behavior, such as offensive comments, bullying, intimidation, stalking, inappropriate physical conduct, and unwelcome sexual attention at event functions will not be tolerated.

Consequences for attendees violating the Fund Affiliate Assembly code of conduct include being expelled from the Fund Affiliate Assembly event with no refund of registration or other applicable fees.

Complaints should promptly be brought to the immediate attention of any Fund staff person present or the Fund manager working at the Fund Affiliate Assembly registration desk. Alternatively, Fund Affiliate Assembly participants may contact The Fund via Email at concerns@thefund.com.

The Fund Affiliate Assembly Code of Conduct applies to registrants, vendors, guests and Fund employees.
