When there is a probate in the chain of title the requirements on the commitment can appear daunting. The first thing to understand is that a probate in the chain will require the review of the probate file. There are specific probate documents which will need to be recorded in the official records, not just in the probate court records. This session will answer some basic questions that arise due to commitment requirements related to a probate in the chain of title. Each probate requirement will be discussed, and many examples of documents will be reviewed. Once acquainted with the probate requirements, it is much easier to complete the daunting task.
