This year we are offering Fund members accommodations at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. You can make your reservations at Rosen Shingle Creek Resort Reservations.

Rosen Shingle Creek Resort

Rooms sell out quickly, so please make your reservations early to guarantee your stay. We’ve reserved a block of rooms at a special rate of $175, single or double occupancy, per night for a regular room. Group rate is available three days prior to and three days after event.

A one-night deposit is required. Call (866) 996-6338 or visit The Rosen Shingle Creek Resort for reservations. Deadline to make hotel reservations is 5:00 p.m. May 8, 2008. We suggest that you make your reservations early, as hotel rooms during the Assembly sell out quickly. Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made six or more days before arrival or charges will apply.

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. The hotel Bell Captain’s Desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early, when rooms are unavailable, and on departure day.

Hotel Parking Information

Self-parking for Assembly attendees is included in your registration and will be charged by the hotel to the Assembly master bill. The hotel has a continuous running parking lot shuttle service. During the Assembly, the hotel will not have another Florida-based, drive-in group, and does not foresee the self-parking lot will overflow as it did last year.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the large number of Fund members who drive to the Assembly, we encourage you to plan your arrival sufficiently early to self-park and check-in to the Assembly registration desk prior to the start of the program.

Hotel valet parking day rate is $15 and overnight is $18. Note: Valet parking availability is limited to 200 parking spaces and fills up early by guests who are staying at the hotel.

Meal Functions

The Assembly receptions are cocktail parties, during which hors d’oeuvres will be served in Technology Central and Expo to provide members additional program time to learn about The Fund’s investment in technology, products, and services to enhance your practice.

To provide members with the convenience of a hot meal and time to further interact with one another, we offer a private breakfast Friday and Saturday and a private lunch Friday afternoon. Tickets sell out during pre-registration, and we encourage you to make your plans early. There are also several casual cafes and a restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, and a fine dining restaurant for dinner. The hotel encourages you to make reservations early and to consider making these prior to your arrival to the hotel. NEW for the 2008 Assembly

We have arranged with the hotel to offer low-cost meal options for sale via kiosks located in the convention center, to include a la carte items such as beverages, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, pre-made sandwiches, and salads. These are available for cash sales only.

Assembly pre-registration is closed. On-site registration desks will be open at Rosen Shingle Creek Resort Thursday, Friday and Saturday during the Assembly.
