Participants receive concentrated, highly practical instruction from Fund Underwriting Counsel, qualified real estate professionals, and experienced Fund instructors. Subject matter includes:
- Basic title examination skills
- Preparation of commitments, closing documents, and final policies
- DoubleTime closing software instruction
- ProPel document retrieval
- The Fund's Automated Title Information Data System (ATIDS®)
Those completing the course are eligible to take The Fund's Certification Exam. Once participants have successfully passed the Certification Exam, they are awarded Fund Certification in real estate closing procedures.
