Paralegal Certification Program (PCAP)Fund certification in real estate closing procedures. You gain the professional skills your staff needs, without your firm having to invest any of its valuable time in unsystematic training efforts.
Participants receive concentrated, highly practical instruction from Fund Underwriting Counsel, qualified real estate professionals, and experienced Fund trainers. Subject matter includes:
- Basic title examination skills
- Preparation of commitments, closing documents, and final policies
- DoubleTime closing software instruction
- ProPel document retrieval
- The Fund's Automated Title Information Data System (ATIDSŪ)
Those completing the course are eligible to take The Fund's Certification Exam. Once participants have successfully passed the Certification Exam, they are awarded Fund Certification in real estate closing procedures.
For you and your employees' convenience, the course is offered throughout the state of Florida at various Fund branches. The course is 16 weeks long and meets once a week for 3 hours. The registration fee is $1,500.00.
