Version 5.0 contains the following changes for Florida forms:

• Updated Endorsements - FUND Environmental Protection Lien and FUND Change of Partners. These endorsements are now updated with the latest changes, approved in December, 2006. The primary change to the Environmental Endorsement is the removal of language limiting its use to residential property. The Change of Partners Endorsement now accommodates other entities in addition to partnerships.
• Page Numbering Added to Multi-Page Title Insurance Forms. Page numbers and total number of pages (Page X of Y) have been added to the footer of all Commitment and Policy forms, as well as the following endorsements: Construction Loan Update, Form E, and Survey.

In addition, 4Real 5.0 has been revised to function properly on the current version of the Vista operating system.
