Premier Community Bank of the Emerald Coast, Crestview, Florida

We have been advised that on Friday, December 16, 2011, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation closed Premier Community Bank of the Emerald Coast, Crestview, Florida and appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver. All deposits have been transferred to Summit Bank, National Association (N.A.), Panama City, Florida and will be available immediately.

The two branches of Premier Community Bank of the Emerald Coast will reopen as branches of Premier Community Bank, a division of Summit Bank, National Association (N.A.) during regular business hours.
