FUND NEWS: RESPA Reform On-Line Seminar Now Available

The Fund's Legal Education Department is happy to announce the release of its first on-line seminar, entitled "Understanding & Using The New GFE and HUD-1." The seminar runs approximately 3.5 hours in length, and covers RESPA Reform, the new GFE, and the new HUD-1. The seminar includes the most recent guidance from HUD as well as Fund "Best Practices" in HUD-1 preparation. This on-line free seminar is eligible for 3.5 CLER credit hours from The Florida Bar.
