Affiliate Membership

Affiliate Membership with The Fund brings many of the same benefits as Full Membership. This includes receiving Fund Title Notes and monthly issues of The Fund Concept. In addition, you can enroll in our acclaimed series of Legal Education seminars. The seminars and Affiliate Assemblies are approved for CLE credits.

The Fund supports Affiliate Members through their professional organizations, including FALS, NALA, and PAF, Inc., as well as many local groups.

Affiliate Membership is available to Florida paralegals, legal secretaries, and legal assistants who meet the following criteria.

• Employed by a Fund member
• Have earned a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) education, or
• Have a graduation certificate from an American Bar Association-approved college program, or
• Attended four Fund seminars, or one Affiliate Assembly
• Have been recommended by your supervising Fund member attorney
• Have at least two years of experience in real estate practice with one or more Fund member firms
