Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC (The Fund) is a joint venture between Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. (ATIF) and Old Republic National Title Holding Company (ORNTHC).

This joint venture allows Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (Old Republic Title), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ORNTHC, to offer title insurance coverage to ATIF’s existing agency network, while The Fund will act as Old Republic Title’s Managing Title Agent (MTA) for those agents. Under this arrangement, The Fund will provide ATIF’s network of 6000 real estate attorney members underwriting, claims processing, educational and property information services.

In reaching this agreement, both ATIF and Old Republic Title are fulfilling their mission, as each company emphasizes the importance of the title insurance industry’s independent agency system. For the latest five-year period, ATIF’s annual agency premium production has averaged approximately $385 million. In 2008, 80% of Old Republic Title’s national title premium volume came from independent agents.

Since 1992, the Old Republic Title Insurance Group has been the highest rated title insurance group in the nation. No other title insurance group can make that claim.
